The Government of Nepal may take a deposit of the specified amount for the waste management from the mountaineers who are going to climb Himalchuli as specified.
(2) After the related mountain climbing team has completed their work related to climbing, after bringing the specified items back with them and bringing them to the place designated by the Government of Nepal, the bond amount kept as per sub-section (1) shall be returned to the related mountain climbing team as prescribed. (3) Sub-section (2) If the related mountain climbing team does not deliver the specified items to the designated location, arrangements will be made to deliver such items to the respective location after paying the bond amount kept by such mountain climbing team as per sub-section (1).
